Holistic wellbeing coaching for midlife women

As your personal Wellbeing Coach I will help you transition into midlife with more ease and clarity

Midlife can often be a time where we start to reassess our lives, question is this it? Some of you may even struggle with the fact the body is aging, not feeling so agile or alert. Menopause or perimenopause can create havoc with our hormones and how we feel about ourselves. Confidence can take a downward spiral, low self esteem as well as the huge list of other side effects associated with these changes. However... with support I can guide you into a smoother transition looking at ways to help ease symptoms, maybe even get the body moving more freely, addressing areas where you want to make changes but unsure how to go about it.  


Holistic Health is your overall state of wellness taking into account your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and how each part affects you as a whole. The mind, body and spirit are intertwined and each is affected by the food you eat, your thoughts, your relationships and the environment.


Many of us lead stressful lifestyles and are juggling the work – life balance which places pressure on the body’s natural internal resources. Our bodies then give us a sign such as a cold, headache or digestive problems to name a few to say ‘slow down and take better care of me’. If these signs are ignored the imbalance will get worse and chronic illness may develop.


After working together you’ll begin to feel your soul potential, letting go of unnecessary suffering and mental anguish. You’ll come to know your true potential, wellness coach



What can I help you with?

How does a session work?

I would suggest a short call between us prior to booking to see if you connect with me... this is really important as I want you to gain as much clarity as possible from your sessions. Not everyone will resonate with my values.


I like to take a very laid back approach. We will sit down together and discuss how you would like your sessions to be. This can vary depending on your focus. 


Sessions last an hour and its recommended you undertake a course of 6-12 weeks so we can really work through your plan and achieve the results you want to move forward. However this is not essential if you feel a one off maybe all you need to get you back on track. wellness coach certified life coach
