The retreat is held in a 600 year old stately home in the Welsh countryside 

Yoga for wellbeing, breathwork, meditation, guided walk in nature, star gazing 

Most came on their own a little apprehensive  but I think this picture sums the weekend up perfectly. New friendships were most definitely made
