Thank you for enquiring about the wellbeing retreat, I'm really looking forward to sharing my experience with you! This guide explains what to bring, the daily schedule and my contact details.
Due to there being a limited number of rooms available in the Old House, bookings will be on a first come, first served basis. All the rooms are quirky, cosy, very rustic and no TV.
It’s a traditional stately home boasting 600 years of heritage, so this is not your standard 21st century modern hotel. I loved my time there and think it’s perfect for a weekend of relaxation. Very peaceful, calming and in the heart of nature, surrounded by the Welsh mountains.
Twin room sharing - £300.00 each all in including foods, snack and drinks.
Single person room - £350.00 each all in
There are no en-suite rooms in the Old House, but there are options of larger rooms in the main house with private bathrooms, but this would incur further costs.
To secure your place, a deposit of just £75.00 is needed, which will be non-refundable.
Payment in full will be required at the latest by the 1st August. This will allow me to commit fully to the planned activities and order all that is required to make sure your retreat will offer everything you would expect.
What to Bring
Yoga mat, A soft blanket for yoga and meditation (please bring to every class)
A water bottle
Comfortable yoga clothes
Swimwear (Optional for wild swimming)
Walking shoes and a waterproof jacket if you fancy getting out and about walking the beautiful surroundings
Something warm and cosy for the evenings

Meals
An optional cooked breakfast/selection of cereals home cooked soups and evening meals are offered throughout your stay. As well as healthy snacks, fresh fruit. (All included in price)
Note: There are extra facilities such as a tennis court if anyone feels like a game/doubles.
If you love to swim outdoors, the lake and its picturesque surroundings are stunning. You can do as much or as little outdoor activities as you like, “It's your retreat” there is no pressure at all. All classes and activities are optional,
